A12 (Northbound) prior to Junction 23 (Kelvedon)

A temporary speed limit of 50 mph has been in place for a while at Junction 23 of the Northbound A12 by Kelvedon.
Up until the recent resurfacing works (November 2020) this was in force for a short distance of around 300m after which an end of roadworks sign was displayed alongside a national speed limit sign.
Since the beginning of last week (upon completion of the resurfacing works) the end of roadworks sign displaying the national limit has disappeared and there seems to be no end to the temporary limit, I drive for a considerable distance past this point and there is no sign notifying drivers of a return to the national speed limit which is confusing.
It would be useful for this sign to be put back (if removed in error) or if the 50 limit now continues it would be useful for an end of roadworks/national sign to be placed at the appropriate point alongside reminders of the 50 mph limit.
