The roundabout directional sign still states that the road into Southampton (left arm of the roundabout) is the 'A3024'. This road has been designated - and has been marked on maps - as the A33 for years. The A3024 does not appear until the Southampton inner ring road (where it is unsigned. It is not signed until heading east out of the city at Six Dials. The arrow sign at the roundabout exit correctly says 'A33'. The sign is therefore out of date and confusing. Will it be replaced as part of the Redbridge roundabout upgrade? A gantry sign to help drivers select their lane (to avoid last-minute changes) would help here.
